Scope covered travel and accommodation arrangements, shuttle services, and on-site coordination, alongside the management of facilitators, exhibitors, and cultural programming.

The project also incorporated multilingual accessibility through simultaneous interpretation and sign language services, supported by professional rapporteur services to capture and consolidate proceedings. Media engagement, stakeholder coordination, and post-event reporting were managed to ensure a seamless, inclusive, and well-documented summit experience.
