Delivered high-level project management support for the 3rd G20 Tourism Working Group Meeting and Tourism Ministers’ Meeting in Mpumalanga, coordinating across a multi-stakeholder Interdepartmental Logistics Team comprising national, provincial, and agency partners. Acting as Professional Conference Organiser (PCO), the scope included full oversight of planning and execution to ensure seamless, protocol-driven delivery of this international engagement. Responsibilities also extended to supporting
the Secretariat through structured knowledge and skills
transfer in event project management—strengthening
internal capacity while enhancing coordination, efficiency,
and overall delivery across all workstreams.
