Brief: Delivered comprehensive project and event management for the World Customs Organization (WCO) East and Southern Africa (ESA) Regional Meetings, hosted in Pretoria for the South African Revenue Service. The scope included full coordination of multi-day, high-level engagements, encompassing visual concept development aligned to WCO ESA corporate identity, conference production, AV and technical delivery, event collateral, RSVP and delegate management, and delegate transfer coordination.

Responsibilities also extended to photography and videography, hospitality and venue oversight, and the planning and execution of social events, including a gala dinner. The programme brought together regional leadership across a series of strategic sessions, requiring precise coordination, protocol management, and seamless delivery across all engagements.
