Brief: Delivered comprehensive project and event management for the OECD Forum on Tax Administration (FTA) in Cape Town, hosted by the South African Revenue Service. The scope included full coordination of high-level international meetings, encompassing visual concept development aligned to OECD FTA corporate identity, conference production, AV and technical delivery, and event collateral.

Responsibilities extended to RSVP and delegate management, delegate transfers, photography and videography, as well as hospitality and venue oversight. The programme also included the planning and execution of social events, delegate excursions, and gala dinner entertainment—ensuring a seamless, protocol-aligned, and world-class delegate experience.
