Brief: Delivered end-to-end event conceptualisation and production for a two-day Speed Marketing session, including creative development, stakeholder communications, RSVP management, and integrated digital promotion. Scope covered content creation, branded collateral, and presentation design, alongside full AV production, staging, and technical delivery.

The project included sourcing and managing all on-site resources, coordinating videography and photography, and ensuring seamless programme execution. Post-event, a comprehensive close-out report and debrief were conducted to capture insights and outcomes.
